I did Pilates and my whole body was shaking bc so weak. Best thing said to me was shake & bake… all the shaking is growing. It’s more a sign of growing strength than present weakness 🤎 u got this

@louise may girrrrlll Pilates is HARD!! it makes you work all the hidden muscles you don’t usually use so shaking and fatigue is exactly what to expect, it means you’re doing it right!! keep at it💜

Girl, I’ve hiked in snow in Patagonia and pilates makes me HURT. I haven’t done a single session where i’ve been able to complete a full set of exercises without stopping or doing the “easy” version.

I go to Hotpod yoga and it’s pretty much in the dark and you do it with your eyes closed this makes me feel a lot more comfortable💓⭐️

As a big gal, the main thing that changed working out for me was realising I was using it as punishment/a reason to rip myself apart. You showed up for you and if you’re hurting, go a bit easier (1)

Hypermobility girlies will shake more than others anyway as we don’t have the support round our joints so don’t think it’s because you’re super weak🫶🏻
