I am 7 years post diagnosis and there are STILL friends (not close) who never knew I went through a year of treatment. I feel so bad for her being forced to tell the world

They literally said this. They made the announcement when they did as it was when the children finished school for the Easter break and they could be at home away from the gossip and media.

I was like you yesterday I was so upset my husband looked at me like I was crazy crying about Catherine all I could think about was when I had to tell my kids when I was diagnosed with cancer
