If anyone is looking for a cheap and really good liner, the maybeline lasting drama gel pot is sooo good it is super dark and lasts ages, it comes with a brush too

So you put the duraline on your bare undereye in the waterline & a little bit lower so it doesn’t tranfer down? Can you put shadow and/or concealer over the duraline?
