@thefitadam: If you’ve been trying to lose weight for a long time, you probably need to hear this… People want fitness advice, but only if it’s what they want to hear 🙄 Otherwise, they’ll tell you what they need to be doing… Which is always what they’ve been doing, but so far hasn’t worked. This kind of laziness and delusion is why so many people are stuck. This kind of unwillingness to learn and make an effort is why so many people gain more weight instead of lose it. At this point, we have access to more information than we could use in a lifetime.
