How to make a high bacon egg bites 🍳  I feel like meal prep for breakfast is the most difficult meal to nail, but these bacon egg bites solve that! They are high protein and the perfect morning meal. I also add @Isopure  Protein to add protein, vitamins and nutrients.  Ingredients: 1. 4 slices of bacon, diced 2. 6 large eggs 3. 1.25 cups cottage cheese 4. ¾ cup gruyere cheese 5.  tsp salt 6. 1 scoop Isopure Unflavored Whey Protein Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 300°F.  2. In a pan over medium heat, add your bacon. Saute and render out the fat, stirring occasionally until the bacon is cooked and crispy, around 5-10 minutes. In a blender, blend the eggs, cottage cheese, gruyere cheese, salt and Isopure protein powder until smooth. 5. Pour this mixture into a silicone muffin tin that has been rubbed with some of the bacon fat to prevent sticking. It should make roughly 12 muffins. Top this mixture with bacon. 6. Pour the boiling water into an oven safe baking dish and place on the bottom shelf of the oven. Place the egg mixture muffin tin on the middle rack above it and back for 25-30 minutes, until the egg mixture is set and no longer jiggles. Remove from the oven and cool for 10 minutes. 7.
