Even with regular mopping, dirt is still going to accumulate in the textured areas. Scrub brush is the only way to truly get a deep clean. That's probably not on their list of services.

This is a restoration level clean! It would take hours of back breaking scrubbing and mopping it up to get it clean. You need a floor company to come in and steam them with a commercial surface clean

This is a specialty service through floor cleaning company. The audacity to think a weekly clean, and once a month deep clean will do this is insane.

as a professional business, I'd charge quite a bit for a deep floor clean. this build up happens over time with textured floors like that. deep cleaning probably 2-4x per year would be needed

Texture tiles are known to hold dirt, and considering its high traffic , it’s gonna het bad. get a steamer mop and ask the cleaner to use it . It will make a huge difference. I’m a housekeeper btw
