1. 125g butter/ 125g mentega
2. 50g Icing sugar/ 50g gula aising
3. 250g cup wheat flour/ 250g tepung gandum 
4. 100g cornstarch/ 100g tepung jagung 
5. 1 egg yolk / 1 kuning telur 
6. 1 tsp vanilla essence / 1 sdt esen vanila 
7. 25g cornflakes(blended)
8. 1 tbsp milk powder / 1 sdb susu tepung 9. Almond/Pistachio 
Topping and dipping:
1. 50g roasted pistachios
2. 250g matcha chocolate 
3. 3 tbsp butter #kuihraya2024 #almondlondonpistachio
