@kimthefoodie: Chive and Sweet Pea BOURZO 🤍✨ That’s orzo + Boursin 🤝 It’s a creamy one pot wonder with sweet peas that’s the perfect side for Spring 🌸🌞💐 Ingredients: -1/4 cup butter -1 cup orzo -1 cup sweet peas -2 cups chicken broth -1 block Boursin, shallot and chive flavour -Salt and pepper, to taste -Chives, chopped (for serving) Instructions: 1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. 2. Add orzo and stir to coat it in the butter. Continue to stir for 4 minutes, or until the orzo is lightly golden. 3. Add peas and chicken broth. Stir & bring to a gentle boil. 4. Add Boursin, reduce heat to low, and cover for 15 minutes or until most of the liquid is absorbed. 5. Stir to incorporate the Boursin. The orzo will be creamy!
