I really like my doctor but she told me this week that it’s normal for people to be in daily pain. I was trying to explain to her that I was in so much discomfort daily and it wasn’t ok. 🤨

My inflammation was showing up as headaches, ear clicking, congestion, and joint pain. I got food allergy bloodwork and gluten dairy allergy.. Went off for a year and I can have it again in moderation

Thank you for this. Joint and back pain gets so much worse if I'm overtired or stressed. Certain alcohol esp beers and vodka make it worse. Tequila seems OK though 👀

I think that the algorithm brought me to the right place. I had my histamine tested by 3rd party and it's high. Genetic testing also showed a polymorphism affecting histamine. I don't know what to do.
