i feel like ppl think if something works on social media it will also work for them… but everyone has diff genetics! weight lifting may make some bulky and some not, its rlly genetics and diet!!

I like a balance of everything. I do 3 days a week weight training and 1 day of Pilates for recovery. My shoulders develop so fast so I definitely don't focus on them very often. Everyone is different
