There’s a difference between watching a 30fps video and FEELING 30fps in a game. Moving around, controlling your character, it all feels sluggish

if a game is designed for 60+ it can look bad at 30, if it's designed for 30fps it will be an excellent experience

When ur used to playing at 144fps, 30 feels and looks like dog water, plus these games shouldn't be this unoptimized to require a 30 fps cap, devs need to do better
