The most iconic boss theme of all time is owned by Vordt of the Boreal Valley (one of the worst bosses in Dark Souls 3 lol)

sephiroth is more iconic but only because it's been around 30 years. Vergil dmc5 is better though.

I dunno. Jenova rocking aerith’s theme right after she is killed is pretty rough

Banoffee-Misu! This banoffee tiramisu features crunchy roasted walnuts, salty dulce de leche & a lovely kahlua soak. Find the recipe below! Xx SORRY FOR THE DELAY!!! Kahlua Soak: 1 cup strong black coffee, freshly brewed (mine was made with 3 shots of espresso) ⅓ cup Kahlua or Tia Maria 3 Tbsp / 45 ml brandy (for an extra kick woohoo) Banoffee Tiramisu: 300ml cream 1 tsp vanilla bean paste 500g mascarpone cheese 3 large ripe bananas, thinly sliced into rounds (roughly 2mm thick) ¾ cup dulce de leche or tinned caramel ½ tsp flaky sea salt 1x 200g pack savoiardi biscuits (lady fingers) ½ cup ROASTED walnuts, finely chopped 1 heaped Tbsp cocoa powder Set aside a medium serving dish. Soak: Combine the coffee, Kahlua and brandy together in a large shallow bowl and set aside. Tiramisu: Add the cream and vanilla to a large mixing bowl. Using an electric whisk, beat for about 1 minute, until it forms soft peaks. Add the mascarpone and beat again, until the mixture forms medium-stiff peaks. Don’t overbeat, otherwise it will split! Set aside in the fridge. Thinly slice the bananas. Combine the dulce de leche and flaky salt together in a bowl, adding more flaky salt to taste if desired. Dip the savoiardi biscuits into the kahlua soak, turning a few times to soak. Place into the base of the serving dish in a single layer. Arrange over a single layer of the banana slices, then spread over half of the salted dulce de leche. Dollop over half of the whipped mascarpone mixture, spreading it out into an even layer. Dust over half of the cocoa. Repeat the layered process with the remaining soaked biscuits, banana, dulce de leche, mascarpone cream and cocoa. Sprinkle over the chopped roasted walnuts. Place into the fridge, until ready to serve. I find it always tastes best once it has a chance to marinate for a few hours! #banoffee #tiramisu #dessert #bringaplate
