I’m on the passengers side on this one. Tipping is optional and you shouldn’t guilt trip people if they decide not too. He may of not had enough money.

Some passengers leave tips, others don’t. My job is to make sure they get from Point A to Point B in a safe & timely manner. I’ll make money no matter what. A tip is nice, but not necessary.

Theres this young guy at my local subway. Extremely hard worker and every time the screen says "Tip?" he ALWAYS says "Please press no on the screen". Not everyone is like this.
