I was apart of a temp study and was shocked to learned it hit 42 on one day. There absolutely should be a minimum standard for rentals.

Same in Sydney. Landlords won’t put in heat pumps/reverse cycle. NZ did make good changes either the healthy homes legislation and it didn’t add much to rent as a lot was subsidised.
