I don't use ricotta or cottage cheese. I use mozzarella and cheddar or monterrey jack and I use scramble eggs as another filler. they don't really change the flavor of the lasagna

That’s how I make my lasagna u have your way on making it I add both ricotta and cottage cheese only difference in mine but it still delicious either way your doing a fantastic job keep it up

I use organic tomato sauce my hubby is diabetic and there's lots of sugar and sodium in ketchup. I also add an egg to my cottage cheese with a little parm. add spinach mushrooms all the veggies
