Southwestern-Style Breakfast Burrito Frozen Burrito Meal Prep Series, Episode 8 of 9 Per Burrito (Makes 11) 520 Calories 43g Protein 43g Carbs 19g Fat In this series - I’m showing you how to bulk prep high protein frozen burritos just like I do. The goal is to make a wide variety of flavor profiles, some familiar burrito flavors and a few fusion flavors, so that you never get bored when meal time rolls around Every recipe is high protein, low calorie and insanely delicious - the Stealth Health way 🫡 Pepper Mixture: 2 onions 2 poblanos 2 bell peppers 16oz Hatch green chiles 8 Extra Lean Chicken Sausages* Lean Ground Breakfast Sausage: 1 lb 93% beef or turkey 2 tsp coarse salt 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon chili powder 1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1 tablespoon maple syrup Cheesy Eggs: 12 eggs 400g egg whites 200g cheddar cheese Salt & pepper to taste Burrito Assembly: 11 burrito tortillas 30g 0% greek yogurt per burrito Chopped cilantro * I used the Eat Counter Hot Honey Chicken Sausages. Per link: 90 Calories, 14g Protein, 3g Carbs, 3g Fat. We launched these (along with Garlic Parmesan flavor) in ~400 Walmarts and all Meijer locations in May! Insanely good flavor, and even better macros. True hack for making quick high protein meals from home 👨‍🍳 REHEAT INSTRUCTIONS: remove from freezer, wrap in a paper towel, microwave for 2-3 mins, then air fry at 375 for 6-8 minutes to crisp up your tortilla, or pan fry Additional notes: - Cook the onions/peppers until nearly all water has evaporated and they begin to brown. When you place them to the side, I recommend placing in a strainer to let excess liquid drain (to avoid soggy burritos) - Since these are extra large, I like to eat them fork-and-knife style and make a smother sauce (mix hot sauce or enchilada sauce w Greek yogurt or sour cream, pour over the top) - If you don’t want to use chicken sausage, you can double the “Beef Breakfast Sausage” instead #stealthhealth #highprotein #macrofriendly #mealprep #burritomealprep #frozenburrito #proteinburrito #macrofriendlyrecipe #breakfastburritorecipe

Sweet Chili Chicken Burrito Frozen Burrito Meal Prep Series, Episode 9 of 9 Per Burrito (makes 10): 510 Calories 37g Protein 63g Carbs 11g Fat The Frozen Burrito Meal Prep Series has officially come to a close. I’ve made countless high protein frozen burrito recipes over the past few years - but with this series, I wanted to push myself to create variety unlike I ever have before. From Chicken Tikka Masala Burritos, Korean BBQ Bulgogi Burritos, Cheeseburger Burritos, Quesabirria Burritos, to Sweet Chili Chicken Burritos…it’s safe to say the mission was accomplished. I hope y’all have enjoyed making the burritos as much as I did 🌯 Keep stocking those freezers - and stay tuned for a special announcement next week 🙏 Chicken/Marinade: 48oz boneless skinless chicken thighs 180g sweet chili sauce 90g soy sauce 30g rice vinegar 15g sesame oil Black pepper to taste (FYI: 15g = ~1 tablespoon) Creamy Spicy Rice: 240g sushi rice (raw weight) 200g plain skyr or Greek yogurt 30g sriracha or gochujang Salt + garlic to taste Burritos: 10 burrito tortillas Finely sliced green onions Add any other toppings of choice Reheat instructions: Remove from freezer, wrap in a paper towel, microwave for 2 mins, then air fry at 375 for 6-8 minutes to crisp up your tortilla, or pan fry Additional notes: - Any store bought sweet chili sauce will work. I used Maepranom Brand. If you want to reduce carbs/sugars, you can try the G Hughes Sweet Chili sauce - but I would recommend still adding in some additional honey/sugars for similar caramelization shown in the video - Due to marinade left behind in the bowl + left behind in pan after cooking, I assumed 80% of the marinade was in the final product for calorie purposes. I stayed conservative with the estimate. You can use the full calories of the marinade if you’d like, but calories will show as higher than they actually are Enjoy! Stay tuned for the announcement coming next week 👀 #stealthhealth #highprotein #macrofriendly #mealprep #burritomealprep #frozenburrito #proteinburrito #macrofriendlyrecipe
