My dentist said once your teeth are stain free the only why to change the colour is by bleaching them.

These are awful when I use them and take them off it leaves sticky residue all over my teeth have to brush again 😳😂

Iv used them for years , I drink loads of coffee so need to use every day to keep teeth white but I also use there actual teeth whitening kit to top up

cannot work as don’t contain peroxide - only way strips work are with peroxide like Crest3D
