I buy Anna's wild yam cream from Australia and I live in the uk, I pay £49.00 that includes tax and delivery, not sure where your getting a £100.00 from. it does take 10 days delivery, but so worth it. haven't tried Napiers so really cannot commit I am sure it's very good .
