@briannevison: Improve shoulder mobility & health with Shoulder CARs CARs = Controlled Articular Rotations (big, slow, pain-free shoulder circles) For healthier, happier shoulders (and a regular check-in) do these often. I recommend 3-5 reps each direction, most days. A few finer points: 👉 start off moving slower than you want to. Observe where you feel more limited and spend more time there. 👉 perfection is not the goal. They don’t have to look exactly like mine or anyone else’s.
