For the Tomahawk: • Season the tomahawk with salt and pepper. • Cook in a pan for 10 minutes per side. • Add thyme and butter, then cook in the oven at 130°C for 20 minutes. • To put aside. 2. For the Potatoes: • Cut the potatoes coarsely and boil them until cooked. • Season with 2 tablespoons of oil, rosemary and chopped garlic. • Place in the oven to grill for 15 minutes. • Add oil to the parsley and gratinate until crispy. 3.
