@jonkung: "Dump and heat" recipes like these tacos are perfect for when you've had a long day but still need to make something tasty for a bunch of people. The most work comes from pulling the rotisserie chicken but even that is relatively mindless and easily something you can do while dissociating. These tacos can honestly come together in an hour with 3/4 of the time being dedicated to heating up the chicken. Avocado cream can easily be subbed for some sour cream or other condiment. This is a great weeknight recipe to have in your arsenal. The spices I added to the chicken were togarashi and dried Indian chilis but feel free to use anything from regular chili powder to cayenne pepper to vindaloo masala.
