I always get happy for when someone succeeds because I know how badly failure hurts, and I always mention to them where I went wrong so they don’t have to make those mistakes themselves.

It helps to hear u say this. I had to leave my job when my family bought our 2nd house. Im still deep in the "risk"but I feel better being away from the negativity.
