That’s not heavy only two plates on each side for calf raises and you do them the way i do them smith machine and you only did two plates so 90+90+25=205 not much i do that for warm up on it plus I’m 13 not an adult but also I do 2-3 sets one warmup then two sets going up from like 270-300

I think you should do squats first, it's a heavy compound movement and when I do hamstrings before squat I feel my hamstrings burn during de squats
