@lesliecfitness: Your snacking is causing you to gain weight‼️ You get home from work, go to the pantry & grab a box of crackers or bag of chips, sit your ass on the couch and go to town! Not realizing how many calories your actually eating, and not realizing how little the serving size is for a good amount of calories! You have 5-10 handfuls and you just ate enough calories for a whole meal or MORE!! Then your hungry again an hour later. You want to start seeing weight loss. Stop snacking your way through the day and actually sit down and have a balanced meal that will keep you full!!!
