They diagnosed me with SVT, because I would have frequent ‘spells’ of it out of nowhere and it would last for HOURS. I work in the ER and I would be sitting there hoping I didn’t have a syncope ep.

I would say vagal maneuver, first then, adenosine if that dosent convert the arrhythmia to normal sinus, I would then try to cardiovert with a monitor. Maybe he has new on set of uncontrolled Afib.
