Need to update all barracks with ovens/stoves. The initial cost and maintenance of this must be considered. Imagine leaving them with broken appliances

Deployed locations would still need them, but I agree that giving troops BAS over having a stock and functional DFAC is a solid plan

Sounds like the good idea fair coming out. The amount of food a soldier receives for 6.85 at the DFAC would cost over 20 dollars.
