It was banned before the 08 crisis, and was unbanned because there weren’t enough buyers in the market. It helped keep the market afloat, but it it should be banned again.

Maybe it has to be on the market for a certain amount of time before they could buy it? If people couldn’t buy it, at least renting could be an option.

We have a boomer in my town that owns 1/3 town property and. NO ONE can rent from him. It's just wasted ugly parking lots we can't use

The only way she paid $268 for a house is if it was auctioned for back taxes. My parents 1st house in the 1960s was $12000 and it was a small raised ranch.
