I’ll have to tell my oncologist to stop my 14th year of preventative chemo then. (It prevents it coming back in my case).

my dad had colon cancer at 61 they removed it all but did 6 months of chemo to make sure they didn't miss anything,, he lived a happy life until 81

my mom did 3 rounds of chemo after her mastectomy...I believe it save her life.

After my bil mast, pathology came back with lymph vascular invasion . So I needed preventive chemo even thought lymph node was negative

I also have a mastectomy but didn’t had chemo, my margins were clear, I always wonder if the cancer is coming back, they remove everything inside of me but I dunno

My husband's tumor in his colon was so large and had started to move to stomach. Removed Tumor and now on 6 rounds of PREVENTATIVE chemo. Thanks for sharing your journey! ❤️❤️

My surgery is April 16th for recurrence and they are doing a HIPEC treatment. They use a lot for abdominal cancers. Maybe she had it. Has great success rate.
