Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Then finely chop the spinach. Transfer the spinach to a deep bowl. Crumble the feta cheese and add it. Then add the cumin powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix together. Take the puff pastry, roll it out, and cut it in half lengthwise. Place some of the spinach mixture on the puff pastry. Brush one side of the puff pastry with beaten egg. Roll up the puff pastry. Repeat this. Cut the filled puff pastry with spinach and feta into pieces. Place each piece on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush them with beaten egg and garnish them with sesame seeds.
