My IM resident fiancée yelled at me enough about vertebral dissection so no more chiro for me. I’m not sad about it. Massage works better.

My orthopedic surgeon warned that anyone who does barbell back squats ups their risk of cervical disc issues. Even riding low. I'm case in point.

I was having cervical radiculopathy and the amount of people recommended their chiropractor drove me nuts. Like, if their manipulations work you wouldn’t have to go 2 times a week, Barb.

I had ACDF on c567 8 years ago. Pretty sure cadaver bone was used as the spacer.?! Pain relief was immediate, recovery time was minimal.

Had c5-7 fused. Symptoms came back. Surgeon wanted to do another level. I said hold up lemme go see my Chiro. Symptoms are almost gone AND I can move better. 🤔
