Okay, so I just did this and it is AMAZING. Never had a better cake. But I'm a terrible baker and in one pan it stuck and another the batter spilled out the sides and now I have to clean my oven.

Made this recipe but I used one cup monk fruit and one cup coconut sugar, I used whole wheat flour and added flax seed, nuts and raisins. Made the cream cheese frosting with confectionery monk fruit
