I often feel like the phrase “I don’t know” is what comes up the most for me whenever I have to think about something. For a lot of things, I can’t form a complete thought, or think beyond the surface level. Is that at all connected to blank ideation? I thought it was an ADD thing

This happened after I took antipsychotics medication for “dp” and my mind still haven’t came back it’s been 8 months I don’t like the empty feeling. It’s like static and fuzzy in my mind which I hate because it makes me freak out
