@cassscroggins: March Mom Refresh 💕 1️⃣ Plan & schedule out how to get an hour of you time every day 2️⃣ Download a new Audiobook to listen to while doing easy tasks 3️⃣ Get refocused and identify what your big life goals are 4️⃣ Keep a journal next to your bed and make an entry each night before bed 5️⃣ Choose one room or area to reorganize each week - Having pre-planned dedicated time just for you as a mom to relax or work on your personal growth/non-mom related goals can help you to be more present with your kids throughout the day. - listening to that book you’ve been wanting to read while doing dishes, driving in the car, or folding laundry is a great way to make the task go by quicker while also gaining more knowledge and ideas. - Knowing exactly what those big life goals are helps you to spend more time on tasks that actually make progress towards those things, and less time on the things that won’t get us there. -reflecting on our day and the thoughts we are having is a great way to stay focused on what’s important and remind us that the bad days ≠ a bad life. -One quick way to eliminate overwhelm as a mom is by eliminating clutter and reorganizing the places we spend the most time (our home).
