I feel like I'm still recovering from the sleep deprivation and it's been about 2 months since we sleep trained. I still wake up in the night thinking my baby is crying.

Definitely do a 4 hour wake window before bed my baby is around the same age and I aim for 10 hours total wake time

This comforts me knowing that your 7 month old also wakes up once a night. Everyone beats into your brain after 3 they’ll sleep through the night and when it didn’t happen it made me feel horrible

Did you do night and naps at the same time? Just sleep trained my 6 month old and he’s back to sleeping 12 hrs but I’m nervous to try crib naps bc they haven’t gone well in the past lol
