@theperkesinlife: After posting all i have about my pregnancy/labor/post partum experience, it suprised me how many other people have no idea what happens when you go in to the hospital to give birth and/or what happens after. I was one of those people. I had so much anxiety about the whole birthing process. I pictured bright lights and metal trays and loud yelling and feeling alone on a bed while I pushed. And i’m so happy to say it was the opposite. I had the best nurses & midwife who cheered me on and made me feel SO stinkin safe and comfortable. Anyways, I wanted to share this less cut up version of my laboring experience for those soon to be mamma’s that are also scared, and show that a good, happy, safe birth is totally possible. #birth #laboranddelivery #nurse
