You didn't save the Toyota & Lexus, it's just a matter of time, anytime you get coolant in Trans it's done for. it may last 3 days or 3 months, coolant steams the clutch material off the steels.

why in the world would they put the trans cooler inside the radiator. trans fluid could get into the engine also that's 2 problems from one that could be prevented.

My old 4Runner had the trans cooler integrated with the radiator. The first thing I did was install an external cooler to bypass the radiator.

That happened to my 2007 Xterra. What a shame, because I loved driving it. So many things went wrong. I sold it and bought a Toyota.
