It’s the Lexapro! I felt the same way for YEARS while on it & birth control then changed my SSRI and it has been truly life changing. I encourage you to look into that if everything else is normal.

Have u talked to ur OBGYN?? Does it get worse during certain times of the month?? Try to track when exactly ur feeling worse and go from there!!
