Yes, I did it as well. My hair is changed from a combination of things, including age (mid-50s) & effects of processing/chemicals. Less hair volume changes the way it falls

Graying has definitely changed the texture of my hair even though I used color. I have stopped coloring, embracing the gray. 🩶

Don’t do the Japanese process, it totally destroyed my hair. I had beautiful curls it was never the same.

I have naturally curly hair. After losing all my weight I lost some hair but started taking biotin and Skala moisturizer for curly hair. It is so strong & healthy.
