@mediumtaylaisabella: As a medium I love to experiment with different forms of spirit communication. Rule # 1 - have no fear. Most of the time when people speak on negative experiences with spirit, they were just experiencing fear around a phenomena that they did not understand. This is understandable but you need to know that you are ALWAYS protected, and if you’re feeling fearful, wait for another time to continue your connection with the spirit world. Love and patience is 🔑 Rule # 2 - The connection starts with YOU. A spirit box will not work unless the person themselves is connecting with the energy of a soul. How do you know you’re connecting to a soul? Go to a space where you feel relaxed and comfortable. Sit with yourself and feel the energy in the room. You can do this because you are SPIRIT. Take note, does the room feel quiet or cold. Or does the room feel comfortable and warm. After you have determined how the room feels, you are going to call the person forward you are hoping to connect with. Ask them to let you feel them. Wait a moment. Pay attention to the energetic shift. Have you started to feel warmth, when previously you felt cold? That is spirit! Feel free to even bring some belongings of your loved one with you. Once you feel an energy, it’s time to turn on your spirit box! Begin asking the spirit box questions. You know a soul is connecting with you by how the energy feels, and if you’re receiving intelligent responses back to your questions. Rule # 3 - BE PATIENT. These connections can take time. Spirit boxes are the hardest way for souls to communicate. Try this in 15 minute sessions. If you have no luck, try again later.
