day after I proposed with Vrai- a diamond in the hidden halo popped out so I sent it off to get repaired & they replaced it w/ a mismatched diamond then returned it in the same packaging…

FYI: I’ve managed for multiple jewelry companies and none of them have ever offered only ONE free annual cleaning. The standard is unlimited. That alone is absurd.

We purchased from a local jeweler. Not only do we get free cleanings whenever we want but as long as I bring it in every 6 months for said free cleaning the work is guaranteed for life! This is wild
