How can you help the transition? My son is 8 months we cosleep but I want him to start sleeping in the crib. We rock to sleep but he wakes up 5-8 times a night and has to be rocked again to sleep

What about if you have a small crowded room and only have a bassinet and not so dark of a room at night and also on a very off schedule and doesn’t sleep through the night

hell yeah. We established a killer bedtime routine early on. Still pleeeenty of silliness and books and cuddles. But she goes down drowsy and awake. She falls asleep almost immediately every time.

I’m curious if your client list is mainly first time moms? As a first time mom I stressed so much over sleep. Now 3rd time mom, I don’t follow any rules and do what is natural. Less stressed now
