I tried HRT. I first tried oestrogen gel and utrogestan. I stopped estrogen gel. Now I just take the utrogestan. I understand that as I persevere with perimenopause I will add estrogen gel.

I only take progesterone. 100mg a night. Estrogen patch gave me aura migraines. Awful.

Exactly the same ! So I didn’t have a specialist so I just stopped the gel and with in a month my skin cleared up I stopped aching so much and feel better !

It’s the brain fog for me! Patches are fine but iatrogenic tablets were horrendous for me! Fed up with reg bleed on the patches though. I was going 75 days between! How do you use the cream?
