this is a touching story and reflects well on your place of employment. sadly this will be taken abused by some employees who are only looking to game the system. bad people mess it up for everyone.

This happened to me when my father died… Came back to work too soon. Worker reported it to my supervisor that I wasn’t doing well. She told me to take a few days off …it meant a lot.💗

My boss saw me falling apart mentally. Talked with HR. Helped me with my paperwork for 3 month mental break. I love my job. Fully paid mental break. ❤️❤️❤️
