(A perfect example of a “high volume” meal) you can use whatever protein you like but I used @justmeats.co hawaiian teriyaki beef (code: MACRO20) *I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! It’s delivered to your door, can stay in the freezer for up to 6 months, once defrosted is ready in 3 min on the stove, and always tastes amazing ‼️ (so good if you’re busy and need quick protein options) Ingredients + macros for everything below ⬇️ Chipotle sauce: 100g plain greek yogurt 5g honey 60g canned chipotle peppers 🌶️ (this makes it SPICY so add less if you’re not a fan of spice. If you don’t like spicy at all you can add lime juice instead or add it along w/ the peppers) *this makes 10 tbsp Macros per 1 tbsp: 0F / 1.5C / 1P / 11 cals (I used 4 tbsp for my plate) MY PLATE: 4 corn tortillas (25 cals each, got these from Albertsons in CA) 4.5 oz of @justmeats.co hawaiian teriyaki beef (code: MACRO20) 60g roasted butternut squash (bake at 425 for 35-40 min) 40g roasted zuchinni (bake at 425 for 30-35 min) 30g roasted red onion (bake at 425 for 30-35 min) 4 tbsp homemade chipotle sauce @am.niccoli.salt of course!!!
