It’s delivered to your door, can stay in the freezer for up to 6 months, once defrosted is ready in 3 min on the stove, and always tastes amazing ‼️ (so good if you’re busy and need quick protein options) Ingredients + macros for everything below ⬇️ Chipotle sauce: 100g plain greek yogurt 5g honey 60g canned chipotle peppers 🌶️ (this makes it SPICY so add less if you’re not a fan of spice.
