I discovered the hard way that I absolutely do react to oats. Was sick as heck when I had GF Oreos- they have oat flour in them.

Try buckwheat porridge! You get it from the health food shop and I actually think it’s nicer than oats😍 I make mine in the microwave it just takes a bit longer than oats

For the last 4 yrs iv eaten GF oats. Had a scope recently with biopsies and the dr said I looked perfect! My own lil experiment to myself! Has to be certified wheat free oats though.

Soggy weetbix heated in the microwave are the closest I reckon!!! I miss oats. No GF oats are safe for Coeliac’s unless you’ve done an oat challenge and had a gastroscopy to assess your reaction

The worst glutening I’ve ever had was when a coffee shop gave me oat milk in my coffee instead of lactose free. Petrified of anything that looks like oats now 😂
