it does pull info off the label. if you cover it it's wrong on the macros. I do like it so far tho

It’s connected to Bluetooth, you have to enter the info on your phone. It just does the math for you. Still useful, but not what they are advertising

I think the confusion is people think you dont insert any info and just turn it on and plop whatever on and get measurements

Ordered and trying to love it. I guess I just am having a hard time getting it to work. I add the food to the app or scan the bar code and then set it on the scale and it just tells me how many ounces

This scale is pretty sweet, but honestly… do you need that verse a good macro tracking app? I mean the app can literally scan the barcode and do the same thing? Just my two cents, let me know what you guys think ⬇️
