I stopped using fluoride toothpaste 5 years ago. I now do an oil pull every morning for 10 minutes and brush with charcoal toothpaste. Always get compliments when I go for check up 😉

tbh me and my partner have recently switched to natural toothpaste and our teeth are more sensitive now than usual. you need the Floride for enamel protection but not all that extra crap in it.
