Don’t dry your hair rough like that with the towel it damages you hair use a blow dryer(not all the time) or pat it with a towel

Don’t scratch, that will increase dandruff. Use warm temp and be gentle and try using anti dandruff shampoo

I went no shampoo for 6 months and after 4 months my hair would constantly be greasy, itchy and tons of dandruff. I invested in some high quality shampoos and its way better now.
