@vannisaterala: Part 137. Pizza dough. Let’s make restaurant style pizza without the wood oven. Ingredients 500 grams bread flour ( AP will work) 7 grams of yeast 300 Ml water Pinch of salt Olive oil Directions 1. Mix your yeast and warm water together and let it bloom. 2. Pour into the flour and mix. It will be sticky. Knead it for 3 minutes. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes. 3. Knead it again for 5 minutes. Let it rise for 4-24 hours. The longer it sits the better the taste and color. 4. Divide your dough into four portions and roll them into a ball. Cover and it rise. Freeze the portion you do not need. Let the dough rise again for 30 minutes. 5. Preheat the oven to 450F and move your oven rack to the highest tier. Shape the dough on a floured surface and gently work your way out. 6.
