We switched our daughter to one nap around 10 months and it’s been great! She naps for 2-3hrs in the middle of the day!

The Frida nose sucker and spray was a game changer before naps and feedings. Not sure if you have this or not.

I wouldn’t drop him to one nap yet. Most babies aren’t ready for one nap till 13-18months. I would maybe extend his wake windows a bit though.

If you’re looking to cut a nap, I’d recommend choosing a time in between the 2 he has, so let’s say his naps are 10am & 3pm, I’d do like 12ish! - fellow nanny of 8+ years here 😊

My twins just turned 1 & are down to one nap! I just stretched their first wake window. So they wake 7am, nap 12-2, bedtime 7pm!

Does he stay asleep when you feed him to sleep ?! Is so much easier but my 7 month old wakes up at 45 mins on the dot if i do😫

My 19 month old wakes up at 7-8 naps at 11:40-12 and sleeps 2 hours and sleep at 7pm

toddler teacher here!! we have our little ones take their naps at around 12 ish and they nap really good until about 3 ish the latest!

Your his mama so you know best, but usually one nap doesn’t come until around 13-16 mths so he might be a little young quite yet!🤍

My baby started showing signs ready for 1 nap at 11 months but we just shortened his 1st nap and he still takes 2 naps! Give it a try. Sometimes the 1st nap is too long

Children tend to transition to one nap around 1 year old. For us, our daughter transitioned to 1 nap at 15 months. Could be a nap strike, in that case hang in there! Hopefully it ends soon mama❤️

Most babies aren’t ready for 1 nap until at least 14 months but most babies wait until about 15-18 months. Could seem like he’s ready to go down to 1 but could just be more of a regression than ready!
